Smoked Corned Beef Dinner

People say it's the best they have ever eaten.  We smoke our corned beef instead of boiling it so the flavor stays in the meat not the water.  Sliced and served with boiled red potatoes, carrots, and braised cabbage.  Served with rye bread and your choice of mustard or horseradish...$12.95

Crawfish Boil every weekend during May!  Chuck drives to Midway Airport every Friday and picks up 200-400 pounds of live crawfish flown in from Louisiana.  We run them until we are out (Friday! Saturday!?, Sunday??, Monday??)  The dinner comes with 2 pounds of spicy crawfish, corn, red potatoes, andouille sausage, and Cajun butter for dippin...$17.95
