Hey Chuck, I love the beers you have to offer but why not get some of them on tap?

It's always awesome to have the beers you love on tap, but that sounds like a great idea if Chucks was to expand. Beers on tap would be great if there was a bar. But even before presenting the issue of "there's no where to put a bar" and an additional permit probably involved, where can you put the kegs and tappers!?!? I feel so lucky to have a restaurant that I can walk into and get top-notch beers like Three Floyds, Dog Fish Head, Abita and others. Those beers aren't for the "normal" people and I do think the majority of his patrons are just "normal" people. It's always a treat for me to have those beers available. If anything, I'd like to see Chuck carry more DIFFERENT bottles, but to be cautious not to overwhelm.

A good idea is to do what Goose Island does on their menu: Recommend a beer or beers that would compliment specific dishes. People that drink the microbrews are usually hardcore foodies like myself who don't worry if it costs an extra few bucks. You're talking to a guy here that stood in line last April at 3 Floyds for THREE hours, got sunburned, all for 6 bottles of beer (the limit allowed to purchase) @ $15 a bottle! 22oz. bottles but still....

So if Chuck's ever expands to where he can have a small bar, bring on the tappers!!!!

Sure there's room...just put them over by the soft drink area: self-serve taps

Founder's Dirty Bastard is there on bottle! I had the Seafood Pastalaya which was AWESOME and I added El Yucateca XXX Habanero for extra KICK. The Dirty Bastard beer was VERY soothing afterwards and cooled off the burn! Nice!

There are beers on the specials menu, like currently Jockomo IPA. I like the rotating special beers!
