Hey Everybody,
Last years party was a Blast, this year we went with some incredible entertainment, the Cajun Band  Hurricane Gumbo—Jan 29th— is a lot of fun and has played some killer venues like (Taste Of Chicago, Milwaukee Summerfest, Milwaukee's Cajun Fest and Bastille Days Festival, just to name a few). Wayne Baker Brooks—Jan 30th— (son of Blues Legend Lonnie Brooks) has won numerous awards in the industry (including Best Chicago Blues Tune and Best Chicago Blues Album in the Modern category as well as Best New Talent), and headlined the Chicago Blues Festival with his father and brother and soon to be featured in Billboard Magazine.

We also will be in charge of all the liquor so we will be doing whole bottles of wine, Hurricanes, Mint Juleps, and Mojitos, most mixed drinks, plus the full line of Abita and other popular beers.  Last year parking was a little tight so we are asking people to try to carpool if possible, to make sure we all get good spots.  Above menus may change but are not expected to (maybe a surprise dish, a few things are still working) We will be having better access to the kitchen at the hall so we can do a little more stuff than last year.  If you didn’t go last year you can read some of the reviews on the chicagoland foody website LTHFORUM.COM (search Chuck’s Mardi Gras). We thought last year went extremely smooth for our first year and hope to make it even better this year, I can’t wait!!!    SEE YA THERE,  CHUCK
