Thu. 1/31 – Fat Tuesday 2/5 Mardi Gras sampler platters (different stuff daily)—chuck will start you out with his famous soup shots, small samples of three Cajun style soups. Then a small Cajun style salad, and then he will surprise you with 3-4 tasty samples of his mouth watering Mardi Gras fare. (Jambalayas, Etouffees, Blackened Steak, Pastas, Etc.) These platters will change daily so call our voicemail or go online for the exact daily details. This sampler was incredible last year, it will have you whistling jazz tunes the rest of the week!
