Here's how... To subscribe to either, or both, of the menu forums, open the forum while you are logged in.  Note the checkbox at the top - 'Email me when someone posts to this forum' - check it.

Whenever a new menu is posted you will receive an email automatically.  It's that simple.  To modify your subscription(s) at any time, click the 'My Profile' button.
